2. Visiting this website
This website uses no cookies, no tracking, no analytics and no third-party fonts or embeds. When you visit it, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data that your browser sends (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type) to deliver the website and protect it against misuse. These logs are kept only for a short period by the hosting provider and are not combined with other data. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, where applicable).
3. Contacting us
If you email us, we use your name, email address and the content of your message only to answer your enquiry and, if it leads to a project, to prepare and perform the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, where applicable).
4. Customers
For customers we process contact, contract and billing data to provide our services and to meet accounting and tax obligations. Card payments are processed by our payment provider Stripe, which receives the payment data directly; we do not store full card details. Stripe’s privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.
5. Retention
We delete personal data when it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for, unless statutory retention periods (for example for invoices and tax records) require us to keep it longer.
6. International transfers
We are a company based in the United States, and some of our service providers process data in the United States. Where data from the European Union is transferred, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
7. Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing and data portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests. If you are in the EU, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. To exercise your rights, email [email protected].
